Chubby.Computer
Founder-led AI computers for factories, developers, researchers, and private local AI deployments that generate revenue and operating experience now.
Chubby.Ai exists to help feed, house, and self-actualize humans. The long-term north star is 1 billion humans fed, housed, and empowered by 2050 through an abundance platform built across Chubby.Computer, Chubby.House, Chubby.Center, Chubby.Town, and eventually Chubby.MOM. The fundable starting point is simpler and more commercial: sell serious AI computers now, with factories as a core long-term customer, build smaller affordable housing where it is needed, and earn the right to scale distributed AI infrastructure over time.
We are working to vertically integrate from computers to buildings. Chubby.Computer generates revenue, customer relationships, and deployment experience now. The first 20 Founders Edition systems are for developers, researchers, and early supporters, but the broader Chubby.Computer line is being built for factories, industrial operators, and builders who need private local AI compute. Chubby.House starts with smaller affordable housing for humans who need it. Chubby.Center brings larger modular compute close to the factories and regions where industrial demand is rising. Over time, our own factories can build more of the components, structures, and systems across that vertical stack.
We believe the next wave of AI will not just create software winners. It will reward companies that can turn compute, manufacturing, land, and construction into real-world abundance. That is the big picture. The immediate business is clear: ship and sell computers, especially to factories and industrial teams that need local AI infrastructure, win customers, open pre-orders, build trust in communities, and keep expanding the physical footprint from there.

Affordable smaller housing, factory capacity, and local goodwill in the communities where we want to build lasting industrial and infrastructure presence.
1MW distributed factory-datacenters that support local industry, fund more manufacturing, and form the path toward Chubby.Town and the broader Chubby.MOM network.
Housing affordability is broken, homelessness remains unacceptable, and many communities still cannot finance enough homes fast enough.
Factories and industrial operators increasingly need private, local AI compute for automation, vision systems, planning, quality, and robotics, but most available infrastructure is built for generic cloud demand instead of real industrial environments.
America needs more domestic manufacturing capacity at the same time AI is driving a new race for compute, automation, and industrial capability.
Communities do not want infrastructure projects that ask for land and power without creating visible local value in return.
Most startups talk either like a hardware company, a real estate company, or a social mission. Very few can connect the whole physical stack in a believable sequence.
Chubby.Ai is an AI infrastructure construction and land development company working to vertically integrate from Chubby.Computer into Chubby.House and Chubby.Center.
We start with computers because that is the clearest product to sell today: personal AI PCs for developers and researchers, and then larger AI systems for factories, industrial teams, and organizations running local AI.
We use those sales to deepen customer relationships, fund more vertical integration, and expand manufacturing and construction capability instead of staying stuck as a pure reseller.
Chubby.House brings affordable smaller housing, robotic fabrication, and tangible local benefit. Chubby.Center brings modular 1MW compute to the regions and factories that need it most.
The long-term architecture is bigger: Chubby.Town as a factory-college-town development model and Chubby.MOM as the network vision that connects many Chubby.Center nodes. But the path begins with products and projects that can be sold now.
The initial wedge is Chubby.Computer. We sell serious local AI systems now, starting with founder-led systems for developers and researchers and expanding into broader production systems for factories, industrial teams, private AI deployments, and larger on-site environments. That creates the fastest path to revenue, customer trust, and deployment learning.
Each system sold helps fund the next layer of vertical integration. We are not trying to jump straight to a giant land-and-datacenter story with no proof. We are using computers to finance capability, Chubby.House to build community alignment and manufacturing depth, and Chubby.Center to scale only when factory demand, local trust, and real industrial need are already there.
Today: developers, researchers, AI startups, private labs, and early buyers who want local compute and direct founder support.
Main growth customer: factories and industrial operators that need safer local AI infrastructure with a path from one system to larger deployments.
Business model: compute + real estate. Over time we can manufacture it, sell it, deploy it, and lease it.
One section, two lanes: limited Founder's Edition personal AI computers we are building now for developers and researchers, and the mass-production product family coming in Q2 2026 for factories, industrial teams, and private AI deployments.
Limited to 10 of each. These are personal AI computers for developers, researchers, and early supporters who want serious local AI capability with direct founder involvement.
A limited Founder's Edition personal AI computer for developers, researchers, and early supporters who want a serious local machine with white-glove founder involvement.
A flagship Founder's Edition local AI box for serious developers, researchers, labs, and early teams that want a high-end private workstation before the broader line scales.
Built for the broader factory, industrial, and private AI market, creating a path from a single system to larger on-site deployments and future Chubby.Center infrastructure.
For smaller factory deployments, industrial AI pilots, and teams that want a lower-cost entry point into serious on-prem AI.
For factories, industrial teams, and production deployments that need more performance, control, and private compute capacity.
For factories and industrial sites growing from systems into larger private AI deployments, cluster environments, and future Chubby.Center-style infrastructure.
AI is accelerating the value of local compute, automation, and factory-adjacent infrastructure faster than most factories and physical industries are prepared for.
Housing, land, and construction are ripe for new approaches because affordability pressure and manufacturing pressure are both now impossible to ignore.
Communities are more likely to welcome development when it clearly creates homes, jobs, industrial capacity, and local benefit rather than abstract promises.
The next abundance wave will belong to builders who connect compute, manufacturing, and the physical world — not just software dashboards floating above it.
Phase 1: Build and sell Quarter Chubby and Chubby Box systems, open Red / Green / Rack pre-orders, and grow real customer revenue with developers, researchers, and early factory buyers.
Phase 2: Launch early Chubby.House prototypes, deepen land and community relationships, and expand the manufacturing capability behind our product stack.
Phase 3: Deploy the first modular 1MW Chubby.Center where factory demand, local alignment, and industrial need already exist.
Phase 4: Replicate regionally into Chubby.Town-style developments and move toward the broader Chubby.MOM network vision.
